We often hear that goal setting is very important, but very few people can tell why this is necessary. Goal setting is the first step to achieving any goal. When we set goals, the first step towards achieving it has been enhanced. Only by setting goals, we can achieve success in our lives. Without the goal setting, we can’t achieve our goal. As long as you do not know where you have to go, you will waste your time.

Here are 12 importance of goal setting.

1. By goal setting, our goal becomes clear. We able to know,  whether we are able to achieve that goal or not. In this way, we can increase our power and strength.

2. By setting goals, we determine that we have a strong desire to achieve that goal. By setting goals, we increase this strong desire further. Doing this helps us to face difficulties.
